Are you a business-driven salesperson who wants to take on significant responsibility and work closely with both customers and technology? We are now looking for a key account salesperson who wants to build long-term relationships within the sawmill industry.
Through advanced engineering, primarily in mechanics and automation, Renholmen AB delivers production lines containing premium machines for timber handling. The offering includes complete concepts mainly for raw sorting and adjustment machines, or upgrades of existing facilities or parts thereof. The company also has a large aftermarket with service and spare parts. Since its inception in 1952, Renholmen has built up the experience that underpins the company's promise – Engineering Greatness.
As a key account salesperson at Renholmen, you will play a key role in the business with significant personal responsibility. The role encompasses the entire sales process, from marketing, customer visits, layout/technical design of the quote to quote work and business closure. Renholmen's machines are designed, manufactured, and delivered to sawmills where they are assembled and commissioned. In this role, you will be responsible for and drive the quote and sales work for your inquiries, collaborating closely with colleagues in technology, projects, and other parts of the organization. Even though you have access to the company’s collective expertise, you own the business and are the primary contact person for the customer.
You will be responsible for following up with existing customers as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities by visiting sawmills and building long-term relationships. The home market is Sweden, Finland, and Norway, but other geographical markets are present and will increase in the future. Travel is a natural part of the job.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who is driven to create and develop long-lasting customer relationships and who thrives in a responsible sales role. You are business-minded, structured, and comfortable leading complex sales processes. We prefer that you have a technical background, for example as a civil engineer, and that you have a good ability to understand and manage technical documents and specifications.
You possess very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Finnish and/or German is an advantage. You find it easy to collaborate but are also self-driven and confident in moving your own work forward.
The location is Byske or Skellefteå.
